Mission

The Damien Foundation makes a difference in the worldwide fight against leprosy, tuberculosis, and other neglected poverty-related diseases.

The fundamental purpose of the Damien Foundation is to have a world free of leprosy, tuberculosis, and other neglected poverty related diseases. As a member of the International Federation of Anti-Leprosy Associations (ILEP), the mission of our organization mirrors the ILEP’s Triple Zeros, which are:

• Zero transmission
• Zero disabilities
• Zero discrimination
